The electromechanical engineering subject of the mechanical engineering subject was created to train engineers with a large spectrum of competences adapted to the different functions of the enterprise. The basic training of the electromechanical engineer articulates for two years to the following themes :

• Mechanical manufacturing and conception.
• Electric systems and industrial automatisms.
• Mechanics of materials and structures.
• Energy and mechanical fluids.
• Maintenance and control.

 
In the third years, the student has four options choices :

• Computer-aided manufacturing/ production engineering.
• Energy.
• Mechanics of materials.
• Shipbuilding.

The admission to the electromechanical subject is:

• By national competitive entrance exams : scientific and technological.
   
• By looking of the case files for the senior technicians(bac+2 and bac+3) of the mechanical subjects.
   
• By looking of the case files of those who are mastered in mechanics, physics have an equivalent diploma.
